Your role
* Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels including online job boards,social media, professional networks and industry-specific platforms
* You will review and screen candidates' CVs and profiles to assess qualifications, skills and experience
* Another goal of your job is to build up a talent pool (e.g. via social networks)
* You develop search strategies with regard to the relevant target groups and analyze current sourcing trends
* You work closely with all stakeholders involved in the recruiting process to understand job requirements andpriorities and fill positions worldwide in the best possible way
* You actively participate in the design and improvement of group-wide processes and standards in the area ofrecruiting and sourcing
* You will work closely with the Employer Branding department
Your profile
* You can look back on a successfully completed university degree (e.g. economics, humanities and socialsciences) or a comparable qualification/training
* You have professional experience in the field of active sourcing and/or international recruiting (e.g. in arecruitment consultancy) of specialists and managers
* You are enthusiastic about new trends in sourcing and talent relationship management
* You know how to present yourself convincingly and professionally and have a high level of communicationskills
