Your Responsibilities
* Project Management: Manage technical aerospace composite projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and timely delivery.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the central point of communication between clients and internal teams to maintain project alignment.
* Risk and Budget Oversight: Conduct risk assessments, allocate budgets, and track project milestones and progress.
* Technical Contributions: Provide expert input to optimize processes and enhance project outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills
1. Technical Expertise:
o Proven experience in technical project management with a strong engineering background.
o Competence in risk management and budget planning.
2. Tools & Technologies:
o Familiarity with project management software (e.g., WeClapp or similar).
3. Soft Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
o A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently.
o Motivation to go above and beyond when faced with challenges.
4. Language Proficiency:
o German: C1–C2 level.
o English: C1–C2 level.
Nice-to-Have Skills
* Knowledge of the aerospace market or related industries.
* Fluency in French (not mandatory).
Experience
* Minimum of 3 years in technical project management or a similar role.
Education
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with a management focus.
Team Structure
* Reporting To: Head of Project Management.
* Team Members: 1 direct colleague, 1 team lead, and 1 working student.
* Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Marketing, and other technical teams.
