WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking
a motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales and Marketing Manager to join
our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth and
brand visibility for our first German location. The position involves a dynamic
combination of building relationships with
and impactful sales strategies as well as localised marketing campaigns
and execution to enhance our presence in Berlin.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
* Build
relationships with the corporate market in the vicinity and beyond.
* Manage
corporate bookings with the support from the on-site team.
* Develop
and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
* Collaborate
with the Sales team, based in the UK, to implement effective pricing and sales
strategies.
* Identify
and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and client relationships.
* Promote
the brand and raise the profile of business.
* Build
corporate database and drive group sales.
* Manage
showcases and events as appropriate.
Marketing
* Support
the central marketing team with local knowledge (events, competitors, customer
behaviour etc) to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
* Create
and/or manage the creation of local social media content and schedule on the
platforms.
* Respond
to DMs and comments on social media platforms.
* Support
the central marketing team by ensuring brand quality and consistency across all
channels, including proofing and providing German translations.
* Analyse
Berlin marketing channel performance and adjust strategies to optimise results.
Qualifications
* Proven
experience in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably in the entertainment or
hospitality industry.
* Fluent/native
proficiency in German and excellent handle of English.
* Results-driven
with a track record of meeting sales targets.
* Familiarity
with the Berlin market and an understanding of local consumer preferences.
* Understanding
and management of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
* Ability
to create organic-style content for social media or find and manage creators.
* Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
