Your mission
We are looking for you as VP Sales SME (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Munich.
As VP Sales SME (m/f/d), you will be instrumental in shaping the future of yoummday in the SME segment and play a key role in our strategic realignment. You will have the unique opportunity to build a new business unit with global reach, working directly with our CEO and founder, Dr. Klaus Harisch.
You will develop and implement the growth strategy for the SME segment in Germany, UK & USA. The aim of the position is to lead B2B sales in the global SME market, develop business units, and sustainably increase sales through strategic scaling, process optimization, and successful new customer acquisition.
* Shape & scale: You are responsible for the profitability and expansion of the SME portfolio - with full P&L ownership and the freedom to define new strategies.
* Grow with us: Develop a scalable growth strategy, build strong partnerships, and drive international market penetration.
* Innovate & develop: Work closely with the product teams to customize our SaaS solutions to our customers' needs and open up new market potential.

Your skillset
* Relevant professional experience: You have already worked successfully in B2B sales, in the management of business units, and in the management of SMEs. Your leadership experience enables you to effectively develop your sales teams, design scalable processes, and profitably develop new business areas.
* How you work: You take responsibility for sales and budget and increase both in a targeted manner. With a mixture of strategic planning and pragmatic implementation, you develop long-term plans and implement them quickly and effectively.
* Communication and organization: You know how to motivate your team and create clear visions. You achieve measurable success in a dynamic environment, maintain valuable networks, and manage complex processes efficiently.
* Digital competence: You know the global SME market and the best strategies for customer acquisition. With a deep understanding of SaaS business models and go-to-market strategies, you know how to turn potential into tangible success.
* Language skills: You are fluent in written and spoken German and English. Other languages such as French, Spanish, or Italian are a plus.
* Mindset: With an entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on mentality, you recognize opportunities and implement them quickly. You strike the right balance between long-term strategy and pragmatic implementation in day-to-day business.
