ZEISS aims to standardize and regularize different ERP systems, from numerous companies across the entire Group during the changeover from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA. The goal is to be as close as possible to the SAP standard and to harmonize processes across all segments and countries wherever it makes sense, focusing around; Efficiency, Effectivity, Speed, Flexibility & Compliance.

The successful candidates will be responsible for managing business requirements and designing required process adaptions.
You will be required to have in-depth understanding of end-to-end business processes and business requirements that specifically focus within a SAP environment. You must have Excellent conceptual, results-oriented and communication skills, that will enable you to navigate through the complexity and pace of the ZEISS Fit4 programme.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage (regional/segment-specific) business requirements (incl. business roles, data design) in the context of the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners for E2E Service-to-Customer business processes
2. Drive adaptation of E2E Service-to-Customer business processes (incl. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization and standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansing
3. Provide guidance for & steer junior hub business experts (e.g., requirements analysis, business process modelling)
4. Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system
5. Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/ segments)
6. Contribute, as organized by training lead, to creation of training materials, and, if required, support end user
Your Profile
7. Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
8. Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience with reference in Customer Service Relationship Management
9. Understanding of E2E Service-to-Customer business processes like Customer order management, Returns and claim management, Demand and inventory management of spare parts, Integration with sales-related processes & systems, e.g., RAR, CRM and Webshop interfaces.
10. Proven experience with business requirements management and design of business processes
11. Experience with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as relevant third-party business systems
12. Relevant industry knowledge
13. Excellent conceptual, results-oriented and communication skills
14. Ability to build networks and keenness to work in intercultural and interdisciplinary global team
15. Business fluent in English and German (must have)
16. Willingnes to travel (up to 70%)
