Maltego is an all-in-one platform used globally by industry experts, analysts, and law enforcement agencies to help secure the internet, protect organizations and individuals against cyber-crime, and support complex investigations across diverse use cases.
We are seeking a Head of Growth to take ownership of scaling Maltego’s long-tail customer segment through data-driven growth initiatives. You will drive webshop sales, product-led growth (PLG) via our free version, and website optimization to improve conversion rates. Leading a team of two web developers and one customer relationship manager, you will execute high-impact strategies across digital channels, automation, and user engagement to grow revenue from self-service and digital channels.
What to expect
Your responsibilities will include:
Growth & Digital Sales Strategy
* Define and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to scale Maltego’s long-tail customer base and to guide them towards organization wide adoption in collaboration with Enterprise Sales
* Own and optimize the webshop sales funnel, ensuring a seamless and high-converting purchase experience.
* Drive product-led growth (PLG) by optimizing onboarding, engagement, and conversion of free users into paying customers.
* Develop and iterate growth experiments through A/B tests to drive adoption and revenue through data-driven decision-making.
Website & Conversion Optimization
* Oversee website performance, SEO, and CRO (conversion rate optimization) to maximize lead generation and self-service revenue.
* Work with web developers to improve site speed, UX, and content personalization.
* Maintain and improve data tracking and analytics to measure website impact and user journey insights.
Marketing Automation & CRM
* Leverage CRM and marketing automation to create customer journeys that drive conversion and retention.
* Optimize lead nurturing campaigns to convert free users into paid customers through targeted messaging and automation.
* Work cross-functionally with sales and customer success teams to ensure smooth self-service customer lifecycle management.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
* Define and monitor KPIs for long-tail customer acquisition, webshop sales, and PLG initiatives.
* Use data analytics to measure the impact of growth experiments and iterate based on insights.
* Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to communicate performance to leadership.
Your profile in short
* 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, product-led growth, digital sales, or a similar role.
* Strong expertise in web optimization, SEO, and CRO.
* Experience in product-led growth (PLG) strategies and driving adoption of freemium models.
* Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Analytics, marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Account Engagement (Pardot)
* Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Leadership experience, managing cross-functional teams, including developers
* Bias for action and willingness to take calculated risks, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
