Senior Specialist Analyst Stock Control is responsible for receiving, updating, transferring, and dispositioning all equipment in the Global Combat Support System u2013 Army (GCSS-Army) for the Supply Support Activity (SSA). Makes property accountability coordinationu2019s with the Accountable Property Officer and Logistics Supervisor in regards to moving assets within GCSS-ARMY and issuing to a customer. The Senior Specialist Analyst Stock Control will be responsible for maintain quality management on all equipment that is accountable in GCSS-ARMY. The Senior Specialist Analyst Stock Control will track all inbound equipment on contracts, until the order have been completed. The Senior Specialist Analyst Stock Control is responsible for maintaining high leadership and technical expertise to deliver the best customer service experience. Assist with the receipt, labeling, inventory management, storage and daily operations in the list of materials (LOM) warehouse when required Responsibilities Daily management of all active GCSS-ARMY Authorized Stockade List. Provides customers reconciliation reports when required Coordinates customer pickup and turn-in of equipment Provides a Supply Discrepancy Report for all shortages, overage, and damage items Provides 1348 disposition for turn in excess property identified by the Logistics Supervisor and maintain all supporting corresponding records Provide monthly GCSS-ARMY asset report to the Logistics Supervisor and AO Provides inventories sheets on monthly basis. Maintained the filing of all inventories and correcting deficiencies from inventories Maintains customer signature card books and notify customers when signature cards need an update File all SSA documents IAW AR 25-400-2 Qualifications Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. Education/Certifications: Two years of college education preferred Certificate of completion of GCSS-Army Warehouse Operations Experience: Seven years of experience in GCSS-Army, including Warehouse Operations Recommended leadership skills and comprehensive knowledge of Government regulations, policies, procedures pertaining to Property Accountability and Warehouse Operations Skills:Good problem solving, organizational skills/techniques, customer friendly, possesses analytical and interpersonal skills. Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointOther: Knowledge / certified IGC, LIW, WESDR Excellent oral and written communication skills Able to drive up to a 6000-pound forklift and operate a pallet jack.
