Your Responsibilities | Senior Compliance Officer Compliance AML/KYC Finance Legal You will play a key role in developing and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring the compliance framework aligns with all regulatory requirements. You will oversee internal control matters, providing support to your colleague responsible for the first line of defense. Additionally, you will report your findings to the Head Of and keep them informed about operational risks. Staying current with the latest regulatory developments, you will update AML procedures and policies as needed. While this role involves minimal KYC responsibilities, you may occasionally review KYC files. Profile and Career Path | Senior Compliance Officer Compliance AML/KYC Finance Legal Experience : With 3 to 7 years as a Compliance Officer in a PFS, Fiduciary, Big Four, or a similar setting, you have developed a strong sense of autonomy. Exposure : You have experience working with SPVs and/or investment funds. Language Skills : A fluent command of English is essential, with proficiency in other languages, such as French, being an advantage. Regulatory Knowledge : You possess an excellent understanding of the regulatory landscape in Luxembourg.
