Your Responsibilities: E-Pharmacy Partnership Management: Maximize commercial opportunities by leveraging platform technologies and managing daily operations across e-pharmacy channels like Redcare, DocMorris, and MPK. Understanding Consumer Needs: Identify and deeply understand target audiences—where they engage and how our brands fit into their lives—to drive meaningful connections. Data-Driven Insights: Use consumer insights and data to shape brand engagement strategies, ensuring our offerings align with consumer needs. Strategic Business Planning: Develop and implement annual and medium-term growth plans that align with company goals, delivering results for consumers and stakeholders alike. Financial Management & E-Revenue Growth: Oversee the P&L for e-commerce channels, optimizing trade investments to drive financial performance. Sales & Negotiation: Build strong, mutually beneficial partnerships through strategic negotiations and joint business planning. Optimizing E-Commerce Execution: Maximize assortment and distribution while optimizing key dynamics like pricing and packaging across channels. Campaign Activation & Reporting: Use digital tools to activate campaigns, monitor their success, and track KPIs, driving ongoing strategic refinement. Ideals : Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and an ability to navigate dynamic changes.
