What we are looking for:
To help us on our mission, we are looking for an experienced and highly ambitious Commercial Operations Manager. As a Commercial Operations Manager at AnyDesk you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of the commercial team to ensure efficient and effective business processes. This role involves managing Sales and Customer Success operations, driving process improvements, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with various departments to achieve strategic business goals.
1. Serve as a liaison between sales, customer success, support and business systems teams
2. Oversee the commercial process, including pipelines, subscription management and pricing
3. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
4. Lead initiatives to automate and optimize workflows, reducing manual efforts and errors
5. Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to achieve common goals
6. Collaborate with different departments to integrate and enhance systems and tools
7. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
8. Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends
9. Present insights and recommendations to management to inform strategic decision-making
Basic Qualifications:
10. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field or experience in a related field
11. Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights with attention to detail
12. Proficiency in using CRM and ERP systems, as well as advanced Excel skills
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
14. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
15. Knowledge of Salesforce and / or HubSpot eco-systems is a plus
16. Ability to compile accurate and precise documentation for processes
17. Fast learner
18. Fluent in English, German is a plus

19. Knowledge of best practices, methodologies and technologies in the business and development context
20. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to find optimal solutions in a global, standardized context
21. You work independently and communicate effectively and proactively with your team
