» Your responsibilities:
1. Professional and disciplinary management of a team of 4 employees
2. Communication with internal and external customers
3. Communication with internal and external partner companies / service providers
4. Collaboration in day-to-day business within dispatching (management of vehicles in local transport and occasional purchase of vehicles in long-distance transport (spot market)
5. Long-term purchasing of vehicles for local and long-distance transport and occasionally via the spot market
6. Planning processes in the event of deviations from the standard process and changes in customer requirements
7. Development of quality indicators and management of day-to-day business based on the indicators
8. Participation in quality meetings with the customer
9. Continuous process optimisation
10. Liaising with the team leaders of the teams in Lehrte and Osnabrück
» Your profile:
11. Completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
12. Experience in dispatching local and long-distance transport
13. Initial experience in employee management desirable
14. Ability to work independently and make decisions
15. Strong process thinking
16. Strong customer orientation and high quality awareness
17. Solution-orientated thinking and acting
18. Fluent written and spoken English is required
19. Good IT skills
20. Experience in intermodal transport desirable
21. Strong communication skills
22. Willingness to travel
