Your job:
1. Management of the business unit for individual training and further education at the Festo Learning Centre
2. Definition of goals and measures to expand the position as a leading training provider in the region and their implementation together with the product managers
3. Development and implementation of innovative training concepts as well as new qualification programmes and services for individual training and further education
4. Management and continuous expansion of the network of regional partners from the fields of education, business, science and politics, business, science and politics
5. Acquisition of third-party funding to support existing and develop and implement new qualification measures
6. Ensuring the quality of the training on offer and customer satisfaction
7. Representation of the Festo Learning Centre in organisations and committees and participation in specialist working groups and committees for vocational education and training
8. Creating public awareness and a pioneering role in the areas of technical qualification and digital education
Your qualification:
9. Several years of management experience in a company in the education sector
10. Entrepreneurial thinking and basic strategic understanding
11. Proven conceptual skills and business management knowledge
12. Strong creative drive and ability to work independently
13. Action and solution orientation as well as a pragmatic way of working
14. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
15. Sound knowledge and experience in the field of change management
16. Confident manner, high degree of aplomb and assertiveness
17. Successful multi-stakeholder management, ideally also with actors from the fields of politics and public administration
