This role involves managing and supporting field teams executing service strategy and maintaining high-performance standards. Coordinate AS/IC schedule and complaint management. Coach the AS/IC members on their personal development, their personal KPi’s. Attention area contains the following countries: Germany, Austria and Poland. As this is a key people management role, you will be asked to draft development plans together with your direct reports. During the fiscal year you will keep your people interested, informed, and engaged. You are their tutor and their inspiration. For this position we are looking for someone in the central region, preferably you are based in Germany (our office is in Umkirch), but this is not a demand since this is a hybrid position. Coordination and prioritization, coaching, developing, and motivating the Application Specialist and Implementation Consultants. Work in close collaboration with other Managers to develop new processes, establish strong synergies, foster innovation, streamline operations, enhance customer satisfaction. Executing locally the strategy in line with the European Customer Support strategy in cooperation with the Senior Manager AS/IC Stay informed of new developments, improvements, and regulations of Sakura Products & Processes and to safeguard the implementation of these in local practise. Manage, coordinate, and monitor all aspects relating to installation and training planned, projects, handling in the area of responsibility. Ensure teamwork and collaboration with all stake holders. Use data-driven approaches to track and improve team performance ensuring On-time adequate reporting. Strengthen the partnership and workflow between first and second level support. Participation within various project teams. Job Requirements Education: Advanced degree in laboratory sciences with a technical specialization. Around 5 years’ experience leading an (international) team as a Manager. People management and leadership skills. Proven commercial -, communication – and negotiation skills. Practical approach, ‘can do’ mentality’. Good knowledge of English, both verbally and in writing.
