About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Manager to oversee the operations of multiple points of sale in Berlin and surrounding areas. This is a dynamic, field-based role focused on driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and managing relationships with partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in multi-site management within the food and beverage or food retail sectors and will be fluent in both German and English. Key Responsibilities Oversee the performance of the points of sale in your region. Implement company policies, quality standards, and marketing initiatives. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to maximize profitability. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, waste management, and average transactional value. Support partners with production management and sales activities to optimize revenue. Conduct sales training and organize competitions to motivate teams and enhance results. Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise and retail partners. Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on goals. Support partners with training, operational processes, and action plans to improve performance. There is travel involved in the role About You Proven experience in a similar Regional or Area Manager role. Background in the food and beverage or food retail industry is highly advantageous. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and propose actionable solutions. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently. Fluency in German and English is essential.
