Job Description
1. Working in car repair customer service regarding diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engines, transmissions, braking systems, and electronics via telephone.
2. Respond to all calls, e-mails, and requests for technical counselling and remote diagnosis.
3. Analyse technical problems with cars, commercial and heavy transportation vehicles (LGV/HGV) of all brands and provide technical assistance to customers.
4. Follow defined work instructions for all possible types of mechanical incidents.
5. Track all incidents in our system and maintain the FAQ and knowledge database.
6. Explore the option to work in the office or remote.
Qualifications
7. Education: Completed education as a mechanic, mechatronics engineer, automotive mechatronics technician (mechanics and/or electronics), automotive service technician or country equivalent certificate necessary
8. Experience and Know-how: experience working in workshops with cars and/or LGV/HGV
9. Languages: written and verbal communication skills in English as well as fluent and professional speaker level in Czech, Dutch or Danish required
10. Personality: service and solution focused
