We’re a diverse, international team of DIY musicians, label owners, and industry professionals. Music isn’t just what we do - it’s in our DNA, like a never-ending melody. That’s why we’re fighting to ensure equal access to the marketplace, helping you manage, sell, protect, and monetize your music. The more you can sustain yourself, the more you can create—and the world needs your music.

That's why you can choose to work from our centrally located office in Kreuzberg's vibrant Bergmannkiez or from your fully equipped home office most of the time. We regularly gather for team events or team office days because collaboration fuels our creativity, just like in the best jam sessions.
