In detail, you will Drive the development of the team based on departmental goals and take responsibility for the technical development of the team Develop and implement plans to increase your team''s capabilities and to standardize and harmonize processes and approaches across the project portfolio Create and continuously develop resource plans for your team, considering current and future offshore projects.
