Responsibilities:
Support, Coordinate & Improve the Wholesale North Digital Strategy
1. Deepdive - Check of missing products for PP // Sellout/Stock Check – AO Push – WOW defined by Customer/KAM
2. Analyse Bestseller & Worstseller
3. Analyse low cover & sellthrough
4. React in season to ensure trade needs // Additional options, Replacement Management
5. Own the execution of onsite plans for your division to drive onsite KPIs in line with our strategy // QR – All about Product, UX
6. Tracking of Campaigns & Learnings based on data driven insights to ensure we launch with impacts
7. Clear communication to Sales Team & wider organization stakeholders
8. Identify & deliver opportunities to achieve sell out and sell in
9. Insights about the Market & Competition // SWOT – Audit – Reporting; 2 x season pre & main incl.follow up
10. Hold regular meetings with the KAMs to monitor results, progress and update strategies and actions // Join Trade Calls with Customer
11. Preparation in collaboration with crossfunctional teams to optimize pre-bookings and order book conversion to achieve a fewer, better, bigger
Lead a high-class content & communication approach for our Pure Players in collaboration with Channel Marketing Manager
12. Coordinate and facilitate consumer & customer needs // Consumer Insights
13. Ensure a smooth end to end shopping journey for your consumers
14. Based on direction from trading, highlighting key products or trends through edits, headers, landing pages and content spots
15. Drive e-com standards to ensure presence assets, PDPs, Copy and overall brand presentation is in line with LRN.com criteria’s
16. Own the sequencing for your category across all pages to drive CTR and conversion rate
17. Build a structure to deliver consumer relevant details to ensure a higher sellthrough in season

Requirements:
32. You are focused on driving sales whilst maintaining seamless customer journey
33. You’re data driven, understand the digital customer, and use key onsite metrics to drive performance
34. A digital KPI native. You have strong analytical skills, and the ability to turn analysis into plans and actions
35. Solutions orientated
36. Organised and proactive
37. Have a test and learn mentality
38. Excellent Excel Skills
39. 3 years’ experience in a Wholesale or Merch role
40. High understanding of the market, customer & consumer landscape
41. Can translate sales strategy into consumer facing presence
42. Previous experience using digital tools and reports
43. Communicate across all levels of the business, influencing where required
