As a Junior People & Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring both smooth HR processes and efficient office operations. Your responsibilities will include: Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, managing job postings, and communicating with candidates Assist with onboarding new employees, preparing documentation, and ensuring a smooth start Help with payroll administration and ensure accurate data entry for employee attendance and leaves Oversee the day-to-day office operations ensuring the office is well-organized and supplies are stocked Manage office inventory, including ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships Coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages This is the next level you achieve after 6 months: Successful streamlining of the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel supported and engaged Established a well-functioning office environment, with inventory management and vendor relationships running smoothly Developed a solid understanding of Personio Organized and managed at least one team-building event or company-wide meeting Built a positive rapport with employees, handling HR inquiries efficiently and providing effective support What you need for this role: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in HR support or office management roles as an intern or working student Proficiency in Personio and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and German Detail-oriented with the ability to manage confidential information A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Based in or willing to relocate to Konstanz.
