We’re on the lookout for a rockstar Translation Project Assistant for Entertainment apps to sprinkle some magic over our daily operations within our Translation/Localization Team. As a vital member of our Content Team, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Content, Content Managers and our large network of freelance translators to ensure a seamless alignment with the overall content strategy, roadmap, guidelines, and deadlines. Your role is crucial in maintaining high standards and timely delivery of in-app content within our dynamic and creative environment. Please, check our apps to have a better understanding of our content: Our Apple developer account is greentomatomedia And our Google Play developer account is ultimate party apps What’s your Mission: With our Translation/Localization Team, you will be working on all text-based content in our Entertainment Apps (Party games, Couple Games, and Truth or Dare games). Brief freelancers on Trello, providing detailed instructions, deadlines, and payment terms for translations, proofreading, content quality checks, and content improvement tasks. Make weekly quick translation requests. Approve/reject translations/localizations, and request edits as needed. Efficiently plan freelancers’ workload, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables happen on time, within budget and in good quality. Develop supporting materials on Google Sheets, Google Slides, Notion and other collaborative tools to facilitate the work of the Translation/Localization Team. Support the management of the writers’ team, including hiring, onboarding, and providing constructive feedback. Maintain and update payment tracking, ensuring a clear overview of completed and ongoing tasks while keeping all expenses within the allocated budget. Who we’re looking for: Junior profile, no specific previous experience is required – because we believe in growing future stars Passionate about languages and content writing, you’re perfectly fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a significant plus. Excellent communication and writing skills. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. Significant analytical and decision-making skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Proficient problem-solving abilities and the capability to work autonomously. Experience with creating spreadsheets and using collaborative tools is advantageous.
