We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Project Managers team and actively participate in organizing and updating our digital content.

These challenges await you:

1. You will support the project management in various project management tasks, such as preparing and following up on project meetings, creating status reports, scheduling, and much more
2. You will manage Social Intranet page of data platform consolidation team by creating engaging articles and posts to keep the community, stakeholders and the management informed about our strategic work
3. You will bring new ideas to the project team and the department
4. You will accompany the transformation of our department and support our cross-functional teams
Qualifikationen
5. Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, IT)
6. Ideally, you have some initial experience in project work or PMO tasks or you are willing to acquire these skills
7. You have a strong passion for crafting engaging articles and effectively managing web pages
8. Preferably, you already have knowledge of one or more of the following tools: PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, Confluence, or Jira
9. You quickly adapt to different topics and are willing to go the extra mile for project success
10. You challenge the status quo and independently tackle necessary changes, focusing on the essentials without getting lost in details
