* plan and execute rollout projects for our premium clients,
* manage the development of implementation strategies with the involvement of all relevant internal and external stakeholders,
* consulting our clients on an ideal roll-out project plan as well as providing an understanding of our products together with our sales team,
* act as the first point of contact for our premium clients regarding the onboarding of our devices and service and guide them through the different steps of the process,
* work hands-on in optimizing processes regarding the order management of premium clients,
* with your analytical mindset, detect significant pain points in internal and external processes and develop suitable solutions,
* plan and manage strategic projects, which are essential to our (inter)national market expansion together with your team,
* translate customers needs into new product development opportunities in collaboration with your team and our product team,
* contribute with your own ideas to further develop our service using your knowledge of customer needs,

Das bringst du mit
* a completed bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification,
* initial work experience in B2B, consulting or a similar field,
* very good skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets,
* strong written and verbal German and English skills,
* excellent organizational and analytical skills with an eye for detail,
* ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently, professionally and efficiently,
