Working Student Corporate Citizenship What you do Reporting to the Global Head of Sustainability and as part of the Sustainability team, as the Working Student for Corporate Citizenship you will be contributing to the overall sustainability framework and initiatives within Allianz Partners (AzP). Sustainability is becoming increasingly important and being further embedded in the way we operate in AzP. The Sustainability Team is responsible for steering the sustainability topics (Environmental and Social Governance, Low Carbon, Social Inclusion) within AzP, follows up and contributes to non-financial data reportings, gives support to worldwide initiatives and works with relevant stakeholders on integrating sustainability in products, services and processes. Key repsonsibilites: Assist the development and roll out our Global CC Strategy, tools & mechanism in Allianz Partners entities worldwide Support creation and execution of meetings, trainings, presentation to enhance knowledge and capacity of Allianz Partners entities around the world Assist building and managing global partnerships with NGOs, social entities, foundations Support global data collection • Plan and lead employee volunteering/engagement activities in Munich offices Support in communication of global and local programs of Allianz within internal channels and cross functions Help with day to day tasks and operations What you bring Qualifications Currently enrolled as a Masters or PhD student and residing in Germany during the full duration of the contract Excellent communication skills in English. German and other languages are a plus Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook) Experience with multimedia editing programs (Adobe Creative Suit, iMovie etc.) preferred Prior experience in the field and/or NGO is a plus Experience & Key Skills Knowledge and interest in the field of sustainable development, corporate responsibility and or/social innovation A positive and “can do” attitude with a focus on quality execution and results Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders in a multi-cultural setting Good project management skills (ability to manage multiple projects and processes efficiently and effectively, while considering areas for improvement and innovation) Proactive and reliable team player who regularly demonstrates initiative Strong communication and storytelling/creative writing capabilities Prior experience in event management and/or managing employee volunteering activities are a plus What we offer Our employees play an integral part in our success as a business.
