Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting: Junior Advisor Sustainable Finance Your Role: As a consultant in the sustainable finance team at Arendt Regulatory & Consulting, you will join a growing team with many opportunities. You will perform a variety of tasks, including the following primary duties: Research and follow up on the latest developments around sustainable finance, from a market perspective but also from a regulatory one globally (European commission action plan, Labels, Non financial reporting standards, Climate Risks, etc.); Advise clients on the implementation of the new regulatory framework being set up at European level around sustainable finance (SFDR, Taxonomy Regulation, CSRD, granting of Labels, etc.); Review, assessment and drafting of sustainability or impact reports, ESG policies; Advising clients (in particular asset managers) in their strategic decisions from defining ESG priorities to the practical implementation of sustainable investment strategy; Deliver an innovative approach to our sustainability service offering (sustainable finance, ESG review, portfolio alignment, etc.); Supporting and contributing to the development and management of multiple tools to assist market players in their ESG/sustainable finance journey; Other ad hoc tasks, depending on the development of the regulatory framework for sustainable finance. Your profile: You hold a Masters degree in Economy, Finance, Law or a related field with a sustainability specialization or dedicated path; You have an understanding of sustainability risks, responsible investment, adverse impacts, ESG integration, sustainable and green finance; You have a first experience in professional services/consultancy, preferably dealing with ESG and sustainable finance matters or within the asset management industry; You are a strong team player with the ability to support a number of projects simultaneously and to meet deadlines; You have excellent written and verbal communication skills including report drafting; You are fluent in English, French or German are a plus; You have excellent interpersonal skills; You are
