That’s what it’s about
* Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders of our enterprise customers and partner companies (such as Microsoft), fostering trust, transparency, and long-term collaboration for shared success.
* Stay close to the partner’s ecosystem, leveraging funding programs, co-sell motions, and nurturing contacts to drive growth.
* Ensure that partners are well-informed about MobiLab, its service offerings, and its value proposition to identify joint opportunities.
* Support early-stage customer engagement by transforming technical insights into clear, business-relevant value propositions.
* Prepare business value decks, assessments and PoC outcomes tailored to a business audience (insightful, concise and impact-driven).
* Own the pre-sales phase from opportunity identification to handover to our Build & Scale Delivery Teams.
* Collaborate with Product Owners and Tech Leads to understand solution architecture and, extract business values and bake them into a value proposition.
This is you
At your core, you are a passionate team player who values collaboration and shared success. You possess the following key qualifications:
* Experience in enterprise B2B Sales, consulting or partner management, particularly with major technology companies such as Microsoft, AWS, Google (or similar hyperscalers).
* Strong ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, especially with management and strategic stakeholders, with a willingness to grow into this responsibility.
* Excellent analytical & communication skills with the ability to turn technical detail into compelling business value.
* A proactive and self-motivated approach, capable of working independently while also nurturing teamwork.
* Willingness to travel for partner or customer meetings.
* Fluency in both English and German.
