Job Description
The Program Manager for Know Your Business (KYB) will lead the KYB program across Delivery Hero's EU, Turkey, and APAC markets, ensuring operational compliance with our regulatory commitments while optimizing the vendor onboarding experience. This role will be responsible for overseeing the program's overall performance, driving alignment with onboarding processes, and delivering a frictionless, high-conversion experience for vendors. The Program Manager will also lead strategic initiatives, such as new market rollouts, regulatory changes, and remediations. This position will be part of the Vendor Operations Function, reporting directly to the Head of Vendor Onboarding and Design.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Management & Performance Oversight : Own and manage the KYB program across multiple regions, ensuring that all operational and regulatory requirements are met. Monitor and optimize program performance to ensure the success of the KYB process from end to end.
2. Standardization and Scalability: Drive standardization of processes across all Markets ensuring a lean and efficient set-up across Pandora markets
3. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Work closely with the Regulatory AML & Compliance team from our licensed entity and ensure the program meets all regulatory commitments across our EU, Turkey, and APAC markets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
4. Frictionless Vendor Onboarding : Lead efforts to align the KYB program with the vendor onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration while building a frictionless experience that maximizes conversion and minimizes delays.
5. Strategic Initiatives & Project Leadership: Serve as the project lead for key strategic initiatives, including the rollout of KYB processes in new markets, implementation of regulatory changes, and remediation actions for identified compliance gaps.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams (, compliance, legal, product, and COE and BPO operational teams) to ensure the successful execution of KYB initiatives, and maintain communication with stakeholders across multiple regions.
7. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process optimization, including automation and scalability, to enhance efficiency while maintaining compliance and improving overall operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
8. 5+ years of experience in KYB/KYC, compliance operations, or vendor onboarding, with a strong background in managing cross-market or multi-regional programs.
9. Proven ability to drive program performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement process optimizations within a fast-paced operational environment.
10. Strong knowledge of AML regulations, KYC processes, and vendor risk management frameworks.
11. Experience in leading strategic initiatives and working cross-functionally to deliver business outcomes.
12. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, execute, and deliver on time as well as strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
13. Proficiency in using compliance tools, automation solutions, and data-driven insights to enhance KYB processes.
