ABOUT THIS ROLE Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for an enthusiastic, Working Student - IT Support who will support us building and preserving trusting relationships with our internal customers. In this role, you will be helping Audible to be a great place to work by supporting your colleagues with on-site assistance, stock management, hardware preparations/disposal, desk setups and more. You will feel comfortable in this role if you enjoy working with data in a fast-paced environment, take pride in delivering accurate results, and have a passion for technology and media, specifically spoken word audio. As a Working Student in IT Support, you will - Act as a person of contact for office's desk and meeting room setups - Coordinate our local hardware stock and asset management including unboxing, imaging, wiping and disposal of end of life hardware - Support with administrative tasks in the front and back office area - Provide on-site IT-related assistance to other Audible teams - Create and update internal wiki pages and SOPs - Triage incoming IT support requests - Support our daily activities ABOUT AUDIBLE Audible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling. OUR OFFER Student position for 20h per week Compensation of 15.30 per hour Contribution on the long-run (ideally 1 to 2 years) Exciting opportunity to participate in the growth of a global digital audiobook provider International work environment, flexible working hours Basic Qualifications - Microsoft Office (user) - Basic knowledge of desk setups (installation and cabling) - Basic knowledge of Windows (10&11) installation - Business fluency in English, both written and spoken Preferred Qualifications - Customer oriented and comfortable interacting with colleagues of different functions and seniority levels - Roll-up-your-sleeves approach and results oriented attitude to try different tasks with minimal direction. - Organization and problem solving skills - Fluency in other EU languages is a plus - Previous work experience in an IT Support related environment is a plus (setting up /maintaining conference room, handling ticketing systems is a plus, etc.) - Experience with MacOS setup is a plus Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
