Project Planning Manager (m/w/d)

Shape the future of sustainable energy with your planning expertise! For our partner in the energy industry we are looking for a Project Planning Manager (m/f/d) at the Heidenheim site. Take responsibility for planning high-innovative projects in renewable energy and help realize the next generation of sustainable power production technologies.
Your task:
* Develop and maintain the project schedule by integrating inputs from all stakeholders, including functions, units, and third parties
* Provide regular schedule status updates to the Project Manager and key project members
* Communicate schedule progress and risks to the Project Manager, Function Responsible, suppliers, and third parties
* Perform schedule analysis to identify project risks and opportunities, collaborating with the team on mitigation strategies
* Provide look-ahead, backlog, and late reports, prioritizing risks and communicating project priorities effectively
* Ensure customer reporting requirements are met and directly communicate scheduling matters with customers
* Conduct critical path analyses, evaluate "what-if" scenarios, and align with cost-controlling to optimize project execution and cost-schedule alignment
Your qualification:
* Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
* Several years of experience in project planning and control, ideally in engineering, construction, or industrial sectors
* Experience in conducting risk analysis and developing risk mitigation strategies
* In-depth knowledge of project management methods and tools
* Proficiency in Portuguese and English is a must for this position
* Self-organized, structured working style with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
