What you'll do
* Work in the office team of the Chief Procurement Officer and support with various administrative tasks (travel planning, cost reimbursement, event planning)
* Represent the GPO (Global Procurement Organization) Office towards the organization and support the team with various tasks (e.g. manage the GPO Inbox)
* On- and offboarding of GPO colleagues
* Project support for various procurement projects
* Data quality verification and reporting
What you bring
* Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
* Preferred fields of study: Business or IT or a combination of both
* Computer skills: data analysis within SAP environment, experience with SAP systems and tooling, MS Office
* Language skills: fluent in German and English, additional languages a plus
* Soft skills: digital native, connectional IQ, curiosity, self-organized, reliable
* Others: ideally prior SAP work experience
