Your area of work: Our Digital Services & Initiatives team is in in charge of Digital Content & UI, Digital Products & UX as well as Automation and Analytics. We are looking for a new team member to support us with Product Management for our C7 CAS portal, where we help to shape the future of our company’s processes for modern (digital) business standards. Our ambition is to drive digitalization by launching digital self-services for our clients. The C7 CAS portal is used for the setup and maintenance of accounts and disclose clients and is part of the trading and clearing process. You structure and prioritize all change requirements following our validation criteria and you perform high level analysis on feasibility, budget and capacity requirement for decision making in our Change Control Board and in alignment with our IT. The requirements are further detailed, and with your client-centric mindset, you work on solution design collaboratively together with affected stakeholders. While designing the solution, you actively create value by considering smart processing, as well as effective and efficient technology setup to ultimately deliver a great user experience. You structure and manage the roadmap, coordinate the releases involving all stakeholders (users, IT, process owners, communication, testing) and provide transparency to all stakeholders, including top management, by frequently presenting and communicating status updates. Your responsibilities: Obtain a deep understanding of the functional requirements from various business stakeholders Develop and organize the product implementation roadmap and product design strategy, including estimations on timelines and budget requirements Collection, organization, coordination and prioritization of business requirements, implementation management, testing, operational readiness and user communication Translating complex functional requirements into specifications and prototypes Assure high degree of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and develop new ideas to continuously improve the product Work closely with the IT team to ensure product releases are completed efficiently following an agile approach Engage with clients and internal stakeholders and organize the user communication and promotion of the product Your profile: Experience with product management and the agile methodology (scrum) Proven professional experience in product management or as a deputy product manager Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Good time management, flexibility, and self-organization Can-do attitude and proactive working approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) Solid Jira Knowledge
