As a Senior Omnichannel Manager, you will spearhead a comprehensive set of multi-channel activities designed to meet evolving business needs efficiently and effectively. You will play a key role in the Hematology product launch, contributing to a significant step change for cancer patients through innovative and effective customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with Brand team members in a cross-functional setting (Digital, Medical, Sales, Compliance, etc.) to drive personalized, data-driven customer engagement strategies, particularly focusing on the launch of a new Hematology product.
* Own and manage the customer journey, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience by integrating both external and internal insights, and leveraging customer information from multiple channels and market research reports for trends.
* Develop and execute a clear customer experience roadmap in line with strategy, leading to effective business results and improved customer experience.
Engage directly with Global and European teams to create an aspirational future state and design end-to-end customer experiences to significantly impact cancer patient outcomes.
* Drive GSK Oncology's digital leadership by leveraging cutting-edge digital tools and strategies to create a best-in-class omnichannel customer experience.
Utilize omnichannel analytics to monitor and measure performance, setting lead and lag Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and omnichannel targets to track progress against goals.
* Share omnichannel performance outcomes regularly with key stakeholders and work with them to act based on the results.
Stay informed on the external digital landscape within the pharmaceutical industry, evaluating new trends and crafting a long-term vision for the company.
* Understand and navigate different implementation processes, identifying key personnel within the organization to ensure execution of essential tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
* Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Science.
* Proven work experience in a digital environment with a focus on personalized, data-driven customer engagement.
* Expertise in customer journey planning, delivery, and executing end-to-end customer experiences.
* Robust digital knowledge and customer-centric perspective.
* Exhibited strong sense of ownership with a high-energy, can-do attitude and competitive mindset, positively influencing those around you.
* Skilled in synthesizing customer insights to develop actionable strategies, working in cross-functional teams and agile operational settings.
* Preferred experience in the pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating a collaborative, curious, empathetic approach paired with creative problem-solving and analytical thinking.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in German and English.
