ABOUT THE ROLE We have started the journey of expanding our international Talent Acquisition capability and capacities. In a newly built team in Sofia that will bring Talent Acquisition in Europe to the next level, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract and source top talent in different European countries to satisfy current and future business needs. You will focus on the consultative side of talent acquisition and partner heavily with our internal HR community and hiring managers to fill professional, functional roles with top talent (internal and external). WHAT YOU’LL DO Develop, evolve and use impactful recruiting strategies to attract top talent using a variety of active or passive channels whilst building and nurturing talent pipelines Own and manage the recruiting process end-to-end in an international environment and collaborate with Talent Sourcing Specialists and Talent Acquisition Coordinators to get the support needed Proactively partner with internal client group to maintain a deep understanding of current and future talent needs to ensure focus and efforts are in alignment with priority and business needs Ensure a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience by driving the process and the communication between all relevant stakeholders Serve as an advisor and resource to HR BPs and hiring managers throughout the recruiting and selection process Contribute to our global talent acquisition network to improve tools and processes, share best practices, and participate in related projects WHAT WE REQUIRE 3 to 5 years in a Talent Acquisition Partner or a Human Resources Business Partner with heavy recruiting experience Fluent in English Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organization and prioritization skills with ability to be agile in a fast-paced dynamic environment Team player with ability to build relationships in a remote setup WHAT WE PREFER Ideally experience in a corporate or high-volume staffing setting Previous experience recruiting IT, Engineering and/or Product Development functions within a manufacturing environment of technically innovative products Experience using a variety of talent attraction methods and tools: job boards, social media, open web sourcing, career fairs and campus recruitment, etc. Previous experience with SuccessFactors or a similar applicant tracking system Fluent in German, additional Spanish or French language skills are welcome WHAT WE OFFER Best opportunities in a globally operating company with a family business culture Attractive salary package Above-average number of vacation days Flexible working hours, possibility to work remotely up to 80% of your working time Free coffee and fruit at the office Access to internal development program “dormakaba te cuida” 24/7 access to over 15,000 LinkedIn Learning courses to assist in your professional development and to expand on your individual interests Discover your best attributes using CliftonStrengths to pave the way for success at dormakaba Employee discounts (online discounts for shopping, travel, insurance etc.) including for our own products
