The POSITION | About YOU: We are looking for a Finance and Operations Manager to partner with our CFO in managing key functions across finance, HR, compliance and office management, driving both growth and regulatory compliance. Your role will encompass leading key projects, optimizing processes, managing risks and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You will also support HR and office management with an active, hands on approach. You bring 3 to 5 years of experience in FinTech or finance, with a strong background in financial operations such as cash and risk management. You are fluent in English and French and have excellent organizational skills. In this role, you supervise 2 team members, ensuring smooth day to day operations.
