Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop the refrigeration product portfolio
* Analyze market data and customer feedback to improve strategies and enhance the effectiveness of offered solutions
* Monitor key KPIs to optimize product profitability and ensure strategies are aligned with company goals
* Collaborate with internal teams, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure effective product management and strengthen relationships
* Work closely with sales, key account management, procurement, logistics, and e-commerce teams to ensure proper implementation of product strategies
* Lead a small team of Junior Product Managers, supporting them in their professional growth and development of key skills
Qualifications
You are the right candidate if you have:
* Technical experience in commercial refrigeration or related industries (GDO, HVAC, food retail, plant engineering)
* Passion for the industry and a strong desire to contribute to the company’s success and growth.
* Fluent English (B2/C1 level), German is a plus
* Experience in project management and cross-functional activities
* Strong analytical skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Ability to work in cross-functional teams
* Excellent negotiation, listening, and communication skills
* Availability for short international travel
