Senior Director Regulatory Global Specialty / Biosimilar Development (f/m/d)
What you can expect
1. You define clear roles and responsibilities for individual team members.
2. You define and prioritize individual deliverables across the department, closely aligned with overarching department objectives.
3. You develop individuals and assure the overall team performance.
4. You are responsible for the definition of relevant KPIs for the Regulatory department to assure consistent performance tracking.
5. You have oversight of all regulatory activities, including contribution to due diligences if applicable and preparation of regulatory interactions and assurance of delivery of all regulatory documents.
6. You closely monitor new regulatory trends, guidance, and guidelines, translating them into potential impact assessments on STADA Specialty and Biosimilar business.
7. You take care of the development and implementation of state-of-the-art processes.
8. You are responsible for identifying and implementing best-in-class tools to support the department and the team.
9. You are the go-to expert for all kinds of global & local Regulatory questions. Deputy to the Head of Global Specialty Development.
Who we are looking for
1. You have a Master in Life Science or Ph.D.
2. You have 15+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry and 8+ years of experience in Regulatory affairs, including global positions.
3. You have a proven track record of achieving drug approvals from different health authorities, particularly FDA, EMA, Swissmedic; additional experience with COFEPRIS, ANVISA, PMDA, NMPA, etc. is a plus.
4. You have broad coverage of regulatory topics from CMC, Clinical, Devices, labeling, pre-approval inspections, etc.
5. You have a proven track record as a team leader, either in line or matrix settings.
6. You bring a robust understanding of Biologics/recombinant molecules, ideally also Biosimilars.
7. You are an experienced user of regulatory intelligence software, publishing tools, and document management software (preparation of eCTDs).
8. You are a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
9. You are a team player, proven to be successful in global and cross-functional environments.
10. Your focus is entrepreneurial with a proactive and agile working style – resilient in facing ambiguity while efficiently deploying project management skills.
11. You are open-minded and curious to explore new ways of working.
12. You have excellent knowledge of English; any other language(s) such as German are a plus.
