Your responsibilities: Active leadership of cross-functional & multi-regional project teams for assigned projects from the beginning of feasibility to project closure. Effective project timeline, cost and resource planning and tracking with a clear focus on achieving the agreed project goals. Ensure endorsement and alignment of project goals, resourcing, costs and timelines with senior management and other key stakeholders. Assess, manage, and adequately report project risks by actively creating scenario planning for major project risks on critical path. Consolidate project status reporting for portfolio analysis and statistical evaluation of the project (deviation analyzes, tracking KPIs, financial forecasts and annual budget process) Maintain the relevant Project Management tools always with highest possible data quality as an input for portfolio analysis and reporting. Represent overall project team for key project status updates to Management Team, and other internal stakeholders and drive expected decisions in stakeholder meetings. Contribute optimization and maintenance of project management systems, processes, guidelines, SOPs by ensuring a learning feedback loop for continuous improvement. Your profile: You have a completed university degree in Natural sciences (preferably nutritional science), food engineering, food technology, industrial engineering, business administration You have at least 5 years work experience in project management of product development projects in enteral / clinic nutrition or FMCG (preferably food) in a global scale You have an intensive knowledge of regulatory requirements in the field of Food, FSMP or nutrition product development You hold a Project management certification, e.g: PMP (PMI), IPMA (level C) or equivalent of advantage You have very good skills in the MS Office suite You have experience with project management software (e.g. MS Project, Planisware) You are fluent in the English language (written & spoken)
