TASKS WITH IMPACT
The Corporate Brands Team drives the expansion of our private label strategy with passion and innovative spirit. With a clear focus on growth and profitability, we act as an initiator and partner for all financial matters related to our Corporate Brands.
* Take responsibility for the strategic business planning of Corporate Brands – from budgeting to forecasts to cash flow and working capital planning.
* Analyze Corporate Brands' financial statements, forecasts, and budgets to identify trends and deviations, translating them into actionable insights for decision-making.
* Provide valuable decision support for management with clear, data-driven reports and presentations.
* Support auditors during the year-end closing process by supplying in-depth analysis and data for the wholesale business model.
* Develop and establish KPIs and performance metrics for brand managers to assess sales, margins, and profitability, enabling better decision-making.
* Oversee the costs and expenditures of Corporate Brands, ensuring complete cost control, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and driving efficiency measures.
* Contribute to the success of projects by delivering essential data, KPIs, and conducting business cases and ad-hoc analyses.
* Collaborate with Group Risk Management to identify, assess, and monitor financial risks, and develop measures for risk mitigation.
* Drive the optimization of operational processes by leveraging financial software and tools to standardize, automate, and enhance data quality, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
YOUR SKILLS
* University degree in business administration, controlling, finance, or a related field – ideally supplemented by an MBA.
* More than 4 years of professional experience in controlling or finance, preferably in the beauty, consumer goods, or retail industry.
* Proficiency in Excel as well as experience with BI and reporting tools.
* Strong analytical mindset, a passion for working with numbers, and a keen eye for process optimization.
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
