TASKS WITH IMPACT
* Conduct regular assessments and commentary on the business and financial performance of the Douglas Group on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
* Manage and analyze regular forecasts and annual budget planning, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
* Continuously improve group-wide processes for forecasting and budgeting to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.
* Prepare reports and presentations on financial and non-financial key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide stakeholders with meaningful insights.
* Provide financial support for the German and international entities (local CFOs, local controlling, etc.).
* Involvement in operational and group-wide financial projects.
YOUR SKILLS
* Successfully completed studies with a focus on controlling, finance, or a related field.
* Several years of professional experience in a controlling environment or in an auditing firm, ideally in retail or the FMCG sector.
* Strong skills in financial modeling and good knowledge of Excel, with the ability to create financial models and conduct advanced data analyses.
* Proficient in BI tools and multidimensional reporting tools.
* Proactive mindset for independent organization and adaptation to changes in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and persuasively.
* Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
* Very good command of English, both spoken and written, for effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
