Your Responsibilities
* Coordination and planning of all tasks in relation to all projects of involved departments
* Documentation of project development
* Creation of core documents (budget, overall plan, milestones, contracts, specifications, etc.)
* Coordinating input of stakeholders & involved teams with interface to brands, external partners & SME
* Preparation of presentations
* Providing minutes of meetings including follow-up and tracking of project table
Your Profile
* Professional training in Commercial area or Business Administration
* Degree in Commercial area or Business Administration would be desirable
* Professional experience in the area of project administration or planning
* Experience in Maritime area would be of advantage
* Preferably knowledge & experience in MS Project
* High level knowledge in MS office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Coordinating with cross cultural teams in complex organizations
* Strong attention to details and structured way of working
* Business fluent English as well as very good German language skills
