Your Tasks
* Strategic and operational management of customer satisfaction with regard to our own brands
* Responsibility for meeting on-time lead times for customer orders
* Initiating and moderating regular roundtables with all MediaMarktSaturn countries and / or different departments (e.g. Category Management, Business Planning, Logistics, our office in Hong Kong) to proactively avoid deviations
* Independent review and, if necessary, improvement of existing or initiation of new processes in order management
* Collaboration on the topics of environmental charges, disposal and licenses including close coordination of all relevant areas
* Supporting customer care activities in general
* Collaboration on customer care projects
Your Profile
* Successfully completed studies in economics, business administration or comparable qualification
* Professional experience in international customer business
* Ideally knowledge of SAP and / or requirements analysis tools
* Very good MS-Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
* Analytical and critical thinking with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Team player (m/f/d) with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and a hands-on mentality
* Business fluent in written and spoken German and English (other languages would be beneficial)

The Operational Excellence department, as part of Customer Care, is responsible for international coordination with our countries, market and end customers. Its main task is to ensure the continuous supply of goods. Operational Excellence supports all stakeholders in an advisory capacity and ensures their satisfaction with our own brands by continuously optimizing processes along the value chain.
