To support our Operations, we are looking for an: 3PL OPERATIONS MANAGER (m/f/d) - German Distribution Location: 3PL Site in Florstadt (greater area of Frankfurt a.M.), Germany Purpose: The position is accountable for operations at the 3PL Distribution Centre as part of the Vision Care supply chain in support of our commercial business in the DE. You will be responsible for: - Manage 3PL distribution performance, on-time ship and cost targets - Ensure company policies and procedures in the areas of EH&S, SOX and HCC are adhered to at the 3PL - Ensure 3PL operations are planning for growth and business change (i.e appropriate equipment, staffing, training, storage, etc) - Support Business Planning (DELIVER SG&A and COGS) - Partner with Vision Care Customer Service in support of our customers - Develop strong relationships with other key functional partners in Finance, QA, HR, IT, Engineering and Commercial to deliver business plans and customer service expectations. - Ensure flawless NPIs operational execution within region - Support Senior Leadership with the management of financial budgets, planning cycles and development of multiple year CIP initiatives. - Drive E2E collaboration and solutions with key partners using data & analytics - Drive continuous improvement - Partner with Snr Management to ensure alignment of distribution objectives to meet the strategic, competitive and internal needs of business partners and customers. Qualifications Qualifications / Requirements: - Proven experience in Supply Chain Operations is required, preferably including 3PL management - Minimum of 10 years' working experience in Supply Chain - Experience on SAP or another inventory / warehouse management tool is required - Advanced English and German language skills are required - Capable of solving problems quickly and effectively - Experience in working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives - Experience in end-to-end supply chain strongly preferred - Track record of functional excellence and continuous improvement with customer focus - Track record of developing high-performing diverse teams with a strong sense of mission - Strong analytical and project management skills - Demonstrated impact in roles requiring orchestration and influence - Collaboration - able to build positive relationships internally and externally with customer focus - Highly skilled communicator with demonstrated ability to synthesize large quantities of information and present cogent recommendations - Highly collaborative and influential with ability to work cross functionally. - E2E mentality and collaborative, influence-based leadership approach This role will require presence and working in the 3PL site in Florstadt, so you should preferably be based in the greater area of Frankfurt a.M.
