Systech International PCE is looking for a proactive and confident Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) for our newly acquired PCE location in Germany/DACH. Pharmacontrol Electronic GmbH (PCE) is a leading supplier of optoelectronic monitoring and image processing systems for the pharmaceutical packaging industry. Our high-tech inspection systems for quality assurance and traceability (track & trace) have established us as a reliable partner both nationally and internationally.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain customer relationships: Work with multiple contacts at new and existing customers to uncover new opportunities.
* Support sales strategies: Work with sales support and management to execute them.
* Conduct customer-centric presentations and demonstrations: Conduct customer-centric meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations, both virtually and in person, with key decision makers and influencers.
* Develop high-impact proposals: Create compelling proposals that articulate Systech and PCE's differentiated solution, market leadership, and unique value as a partner.
* Manage the sales process and renewals: Oversee all aspects of the closing process and renewals.
* Achieve Revenue Goals: Execute a sales plan to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
Your Profile
* Experience: 5+ years of sales experience (inside or outside sales), ideally in a SaaS and/or cloud software environment.
* Industry Knowledge: Sales experience or deep knowledge of enterprise software, hardware and services. Sales experience in one of the following verticals is highly preferred: Pharma/Life Sciences, Packaging and Contract Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Brand Protection Solutions.
* Skills: Ability to work both independently and as part of the Systech-PCE team. Excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment.
* Proven experience with sales CRM systems like Salesforce.com.
