A workplace where you can proudly be yourself; our people make Sky a truly exciting and inclusive place to work.What you'll doYou're responsible for the implementation of professional crisis management at Sky DACH and in particular for the creation and maintenance of adequate crisis management structures and capabilitiesYou take care of the education, training and coordination of the individual crisis roles across all management levels at Sky DACH & are responsible for the conception & implementation of local and supra-regional resilience exercises Your tasks include managing the emergency and crisis communication tool for DACH & coordinating Sky's activities for the nationwide warning day together with other areas of the company In the event of a crisis, you'll be part of the crisis team for Sky DACH, in which you will take on a wide range of coordination and implementation tasks, including participation in resilience task forces As Manager Operational Resilience (m/f/d) you'll support the resilience program by maintaining and further developing our "Executives on Duty" and "Duty Officer" roles and structures and, together with the specialists of the Sky Group, support analyses of national and international developments and events with emergency or crisis potential for Sky as part of early risk detectionYou advise business units and management on the implementation of a professional crisis management structure in the respective business areas Together with the Health & Safety and Security teams, you're responsible for the implementation and further development of the emergency response capabilities of the Sky DACH sites - this includes putting together the site incident teams, training them and conducting exercises at different escalation levelsAs an interface, you're in close contact with the relevant Group functions and contact persons in the company & work closely with the Resilience, Security and Health & Safety teams across countriesWhat you'll bringYou've a university degree, ideally with a specialization in resilience, crisis management, risk and security management or a comparable qualification & at least 2-4 years of professional experience in these areasThrough your previous professional experience, you've already acquired knowledge in conducting training and exercises at executive and senior management level as well as involving several divisions and hierarchy levelsYour strong strategic & analytical mindset, good and quick understanding of processes as well as cross-divisional and cross-market thinking characterize youYou've experience with intercultural cooperation and dealing professionally with different mentalities and country-specific characteristicsYou'd describe yourself as independent, team-oriented, responsible, assertive and your way of working as extremely high-quality & solution-orientedAbove all, flexibility, resilience and assertiveness in crisis situations are among your strengthsGood written and spoken German and English skills and a high affinity for IT/programs round off your profileAt Sky, we'll give you our full support, so you'll be all set to achieve your best.
