meaningful & challenging - Your tasks
1. Provide Leadership and Strategy: Lead, inspire, and manage the team of Scrum Masters and DevOps coaches to support the IT organization’s transformation journey.
2. Support Implementation Strategy: Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive DevOps transformation strategy that aligns with the transition to a cloud operating model.
3. Deliver Coaching and Mentorship: Mentor and coach team members and leaders on DevOps best practices, providing necessary tools and knowledge.
4. Drive Cultural Transformation: Lead cultural initiatives to support the transition to product-centric and cross-functional team structures, and promote effective communication across teams, communities, and chapters.
5. Monitor Performance and Progress: Implement and refine DevOps processes, establish metrics and KPIs, drive continuous improvement, report on progress, and stay updated on industry trends in DevOps and cloud practices.

6. Professional Experience: At least 8 years in software development or IT roles with a strong focus on DevOps practices.
7. Leadership Experience: A minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience, ideally managing teams of similar size (ca. 20 people) and complexity.
8. Track Record in Transformations: Proven experience in leading DevOps transformations within large organizations, with demonstrated ability to make critical decisions, prioritize tasks, and manage complex situations effectively.
9. DevOps and Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, infrastructure as code, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), monitoring and logging, and cloud-native development, alongside Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
10. Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with various teams, communities, and chapters.
