Purpose of the Job:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and report to the Head of Marketing. In this role, you will lead the full funnel (ACR) for Pizza Hut Germany's Digital Media Marketing, Aggregator, and CRM agenda to promote and drive sales for Pizza Hut Germany. You will lead all digital activities from concept to execution, working closely with marketing, creative, and commercial teams to oversee the day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns. This ensures consistent brand representation and promotion in line with business goals across all channels, including Dine-in, Take-Away, Own Delivery, Aggregators, and Web and App.
You will collaborate with internal teams (IT, Ecommerce, Ops, Finance) and external teams (Vendors, Agencies, Fzee’s) to ensure the successful execution is achieved.
Job Size:
The role is for Pizza Hut Germany only. Pizza Hut has more than 80 restaurants operated by sub-franchisees in various cities in Germany. Marketing and Media budgets are determined as a percentage of sales income.
Job Function:
Digital Media Marketing
* Create and execute digital media strategies to meet organizational goals.
* Identify, evaluate, and onboard best-in-class digital marketing agency to support the brands digital ecosystem.
* Monitor and evaluate agency performance, providing strategic guidance to optimize results.
* Manage Digital Media agencies to use media funds effectively to create balanced growth plans across funnel phases and leveraging the full mix of media channels to drive sales.
* Partner with marketing and business leaders to ensure digital marketing initiatives are aligned with their goals.
* Manage content for websites, social media channels, and other digital platforms.
* Use advanced analytics to measure the success of digital marketing activities, providing actionable insights to drive improvement.
* Manage digital marketing channels, including paid social, paid search, affiliate, retargeting, and programmatic video/display.
* Work with the Ecom manager to build and manage SEO / ASO plan to improve search engine position and increase organic traffic / installs.
* Create reporting dashboards and analyze digital performance with insights to help optimize plans and ROAS.
* Cultivate relationships with key digital platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, ) and their regional teams to unlock opportunities for the brand in Germany.
* Ensuring the social media channels in use have regular, high quality and creative content output
* Create content plans and strategy for social media handles including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube,
Aggregators
* Drive and build strong relationships with aggregators, managing contracts and all negotiations.
* Driving sales and in-app activities through relationship building and joint business planning within the assigned media budget to achieve ROAS.
* Lead development of robust marketing plans with Aggregators (FA) to drive sales and brand awareness.
CRM
* Define and implement the CRM Roadmap including the campaign management customer segmentation, automation strategies, and creative handling of all CRM requirements.

Knowledge & Skills Required:
Education:
* Bachelor's/Diploma in Digital Media, Media/Marketing Communications, or a related discipline.
Experience:
* 7 to 8 years in Digital Marketing or Business Administration, preferably within a restaurant / QSR brand.
* Previous experience within a multinational is highly regarded.
* Proven track record of delivering consistent, significant sales growth in a fast-moving, hypercompetitive, diverse, e-tailing environment.
* Demonstrable experience leading digital brands in an e-commerce setting.
* Experience with e-commerce, mobile payment systems, loyalty programs, apps, and social technology in consumer-facing businesses.
* Proven experience in driving tangible business performance on the top line.
* Experience in managing relationships with aggregators and running aggregator campaigns is a plus.
* Proven track record of managing agency relationships and negotiating contracts to deliver impactful outcomes.
* Experience collaborating with digital platforms and leveraging their resources to drive marketing success.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work closely with senior leadership.
Technical Skills:
* Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategic decisions. Demonstrate a deep understanding of market trends and business operations to enhance commercial performance and achieve business objectives.
* Proficiency in Google AdWords and Facebook Business Manager.
* Experience with major web analytics and reporting tools, such as GA4.
* Experience executing performance marketing channels, including paid search, affiliate, retargeting, and programmatic video/display.
* Proficient in CRM/email marketing campaign management, customer segmentation, and automation strategies.
* Understanding of the app marketing ecosystem and expertise in driving app install/conversion campaigns.
* Understanding of attribution models and experience driving and leveraging MMM studies and insights is a plus.
