Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world Responsibilities: Proactive Consulting and Support: In close collaboration with the HSE Manager and site management, you provide advice on developing and implementing safety strategies. Risk Assessments and Operating Instructions: You support those responsible in creating risk assessments and operating instructions, offering valuable recommendations to optimize safety measures. Accident Analysis: You contribute your expertise to analyze incident causes and recommend effective prevention measures. Inspections and Risk Analysis: On-site, you identify potential safety risks and provide practical, actionable recommendations to minimize these risks. Training and Instruction: You advise and train employees to raise awareness of occupational safety and promote a culture of prevention. Development and Implementation of Measures: Together with your colleagues, you develop preventive and reactive safety measures and evaluate their effectiveness. Qualifications: Qualification: You have completed a qualification as a master craftsman, technician, or a degree in a technical or scientific field. Specialization in Occupational Safety: You have further training as an Occupational Safety Specialist (FASI) and ideally an additional qualification in explosion protection (EX-Schutz). You also have experience advising managers and employees on occupational safety topics. Professional Experience: Initial work experience in occupational safety, preferably in the chemical industry, is desirable. IT Skills: You are proficient in Microsoft 365 Copilot applications and can effectively use digital tools to support your work. Personality: You work independently with a high level of initiative. Your solution-oriented, collaborative approach enables you to communicate and implement even complex topics in an understandable way. You have German language skills at C2 level and English language skills at B2 level — both spoken and written.
