Requirements
1. Commercial training, preferably as an accountant (m/f/d) or successfully completed business studies.
2. Several years of professional experience in a comparable managerial position; ideally knowledge of the housing industry and tax law.
3. Proficient use of the MS Office package; knowledge of the “Immotion” software is an advantage.
4. Independent and structured way of working.
5. Leadership skills, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills.
6. Very good understanding of numbers.
7. Commitment, discretion, and adherence to deadlines.
Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Operational responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting for all group companies.
2. Technical management of two employees.
3. Preparation of payroll accounting.
4. Contact for auditors and tax auditors.
5. Preparation of advance VAT returns.
6. Support in the preparation of tax returns.
7. Preparation and coordination for annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB).
8. Creating transparency by compiling and evaluating operational key figures.
9. Process responsibility for accounting business processes, adaptation of workflows, and digitization.
