Principal Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Manager (m/f/d)
We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Manager to lead and execute integration activities for mergers and acquisitions within our IT and consulting organization. This role is critical in shaping our integration strategies to align with the purpose of each acquisition, ensuring seamless alignment with our go-to-market model and internationalization strategy. The ideal candidate will work closely with Finance, Legal, HR, and business unit representatives to ensure smooth and effective integration processes while driving business alignment and value realization.

* Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and report progress.
* Monitor integration performance against key metrics and milestones.

YOUR TALENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of hands-on experience in post-merger integration or related project management roles.
* Experience working in a global or multi-country environment is a strong advantage.
* Solid project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships across functions.
* Expertise in tailoring PMI approaches to different acquisition goals.
* Practical understanding of go-to-market models, business scalability, and international expansion strategies.
* Working knowledge of financial, legal, HR, and operational aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
* Practical understanding of change management and cultural integration principles.
* Possibly, in the future, lead a small PMI team.
