Do youwant to work with a global, fast-paced, diverse team? Do you wantto drive customer acquisition through SaaS software bookings andARR growth across a targeted portfolio of Biopharmaceutical,pharmaceutical and CRO/CDMOaccounts?
We are currentlyseeking a Strategic Account Executive who willbe responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to winSaaS business, helping some of the largest pharmaceutical and CRO/CDMO organizations in the world, accelerate their criticalmilestones across the biopharma lifecycle from research tomanufacturing.
This is aremote position based in Europe, which requires easy access andfrequent travel to target accounts and customers in North Americaand EMEA, as well as the IDBS office in Boston (USA) and Woking(UK).
What we’llget you doing:
* Vision : Forge executive relationships and delivergrowth in IDBS’s key customers and targets. Deliver world classcommercial planning and execution, aligned to company strategywhile maintaining rigour in daily management and reporting
* Engagement : Drivein-person engagement with key stakeholders withing existing andtarget accounts. Build relationships and influence strategy forboth short term and long term growth
* Performance : Lead cross functional teams to win andexpand customer accounts, acting as the visible owner of theaccount strategy and driving execution through SFDC
* Results : Drive new logoacquisition and ARR expansion in portfolio of targeted top-tieraccounts. Deliver accurate forecasting and on-time-delivery of newbusiness bookings aligned to company business plans
Here iswhat success in this role looks like:
* Proven track record ofclosing new enterprise SaaS deals (>$1MARR)
* Typically has 8+ years of senior salesexperience & can create opportunities and momentum in complexsales cycles (12–18-months)
* Proven trackrecord of engaging C-Suite decision makers to closemulti-million-dollar SaaS deals and influence customer strategy anddecision making
* Demonstrable track record ofdelivering against annual, quarterly and monthly SaaS sales targetsacross a range of new-logo and cross-sell/ up-sell opportunities;proven ability to deliver both short-term results and build andexecute mid-long term strategic plans
* Goodunderstanding of the challenges and opportunities across theR&D or manufacturing lifecycle within the BioPharma and CDMOmarkets
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
* Pharmaceutical and lifesciences sales experience
* Using theChallenger sales methodology to recruit and grow large strategicaccounts
* Scientific or Scientific Salesbackground in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry,or Process Engineering
