And we would love to have you join us About The Role After training and a tailored learning programme when you join, you will lead, develop and grow a team of Tele Sales and New Business Development Specialists to support Videojet's growth targets. You will partner with the sales and marketing teams and support the Marketing Manager in executing lead generation and nurturing strategies to generate incremental revenue. You have experience in outbound lead generation programs, revenue driven marketing activities as well as influencing change through your passion for data. Key Responsibilities - Develop strategic plans in collaboration with sales and marketing to achieve Prospect pipeline targets and long-term funnel growth objectives. - Own the region's lead nurture process by creating the nurture strategy, driving human-touch nurture activities, and coordinating with marketing on digital nurturing. - Engage with Regional Sales Managers & Sales Engineers to align strategies for local market needs. - Support Regional Sales Managers in funnel management, opportunity management & forecasting. - Provide support for late-stage funnel activities (as requested by the Sales teams). - Lead & coach a team of BD representatives to execute on strategic plans thru: - Executing outbound prospecting. - Qualifying leads from inbound channels. - Nurturing leads through the sales handoff. - Coordinate with regional marketing on campaign strategy & execution. - Create local outbound call campaigns in tandem with the Regional Sales Managers. - Collaborate cross-functionally to localize global & regional campaigns in tandem with the Regional Marketing Leader. - Supports database health by ensuring teams execute data management best practices. - Support inbound service lead creation and qualification Key Requirements - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Background in marketing and/or Sales in a direct market, B2B, B2B2C would be preferable - Successful experience in lead-generation programs - Excellent analytical skills (Excel, Salesforce would be advantageous) - Experience working in matrix and multinational organizations The role could expand to cover other regional responsibilities in the mid-to long term future.
