Main responsibilities Managing the mailing in and out; Prepare documents such as Powerpoint presentation, meetings minutes, portfolios Assisting the Invoicing team by preparing invoices or helping for the reporting; Assisting the Compliance team to gather documents and send reminders; Provide day to day assistance to the payroll department and to the colleagues; Will be in charge of a limited portfolio of Clients with few or no changes on a monthly basis; Liaise with Luxembourg authorities such as CCSS, CNS, ITM, Main requirements First experience, ideally 1 year on a HR Administration position, or Administrative Payroll role Fluent in French and English is mandatory (German is considered as a strong asset); Proficient with Microsoft Office; Sense of responsibility and strong attention to details; Comfortable with in digitalisation and automation process; Excellent communication, interpersonal and client servicing skills; Business oriented development ability. 3, 2, 1 Get ready to go beyond and apply!
